4 7/8 inch round Philco bezel: Need Model no.?

I have the 4 7/8 inch dial bezel, glass lens and mounting plate. What model is this one for?

Please disregard previous post.

It's been a long time since I owned any of these Philcos, and I did not keep any notes on what escutcheon sizes fit which cabinets. Based on some others I have seen online recently, I must now say that what you have is likely from, and will probably fit, one of the following:

37-630T, 37-640B, 37-641B, 37-650B.

It may fit a 38-5B but is not really correct for 1938 models. (The color scheme on 1938 escutcheons is reversed compared to 1937 escutcheons.)

I have been reminded that most 1937-38 Philco round escutcheons for console models are a bit over 5 inches wide.

I saw your ad so I then knew which models it likely will fit.
