I am working on a Model 25 that I got with wires and parts hanging loose. I think I have determined how most of the wires should be connected except on the Band Switch. Can anyone tell me how the wires to pins 3, 4 and 5 are connected and how the jumper that is in and around pins 3,4 & 5 should be connected. It appears to me that pin 3 just connects to C4, and pins 4 & 5 are jumpered together.

Hi IamZoot,
I have not worked on this radio, but to at least get it working on the broadcast band, the only switch that is closed is the one from the top of the antenna transformer (as drawn) to the signal grid (grid cap) of the 6A7 pentagrid convertor. All other switches that short the Broadcast "legs" of the various coils are open in Broadcast band.
A jumper wire does go to 2 contacts on the wafer and to this coil. The best that I can tell you is to trace the wires and compare to the schematic, linked here

Hope this helps

What is Model 25?

Close enough Mike. Just a fat-finger error. Philco was going to call it a 25 but stuck it in a 45 cabinet instead. Slight-of-hand.

Hey there,
I am working on a model 45 now and I had to replace the band switch. I have sketches for where the wiring connects if you still need it.

A sketch would be appreciated. I think I have figured it out but verification would be welcome.

Alright, attached is my sketch - forgive the simple approach I took, and let me know if this helps. I have my chassis still open also so I can take pics of the unit as well.
