PT-61 case

Picked this up. This seem like it's restorable. The bottom is birch and the top is aspen. Also something called Mexican Accra???  I think I know enough to fix the chips, but I'll have to figure out how to fix the back of the foot. Any thoights on how I should approach this?

You may have to remove the broken foot and fabricate a replacement.

That was my thought. Fortunately it appears the foot is in two pieces. Hopefully I can find some curved molding that will work. or if not I have the other side to use as a template.
The flat veneer seems easier - no big curves or other issues.

That’s a nice find!

You could cheat and cut the right foot in half, leave the center blank and do the same to the left side to be symmetrical. At least you don't need to make or buy the Tenite grille that the other PT sets needed.

Karl;
I can't say for sure, but it's likely that the base is made out of tulip poplar, unless they used Aspen for that too. Aspen is a cheap wood much like poplar, though I really have no idea how stable it is. Poplar grows fast, and rots easily, but it's stable and shapes well. It looks like someone already had a go at repairing the cabinet, there are nails through the top, the odds are that if you take those out the cabinet might just come apart, which would make it easier to repair. I'm not sure what to suggest for repairing the broken foot, that was likely made with a shaper, it's like a large rounding over bit was used on the outside, and a cove bit on the inside.
That being said this model is somewhat collectable, whether it's something worth farming out like a Radiobar cabinet is debatable, but at least every surface is flat. If you know of someone who does woodworking, particularly furniture building or repair, as a hobby it may be worth asking. By the looks of the upper corner above the dial, I think they may have mitered the corners together. Found a page with some Mexican woods, do any look familiar? https://parotas.com/en/types-of-wood/

It's valuable? OK, don't cut up the legs, bad Idea John.
