The labels on my Mystery Control looked pretty bad, so I decided to measure out and make a repro.

Scanned an original, measured it out, then used Paint Shop Pro to do the finishing touches.

I hereby donate an original. Print it at 18.5 mm for the length, and you'll have it.

The font you want to use is Alternate Gothic LT No. 2
