A quad electrolytic re-stuffing
#1

This is for restuffing quad electrolytic from Zenit 6G001Y, 2x40uF 200V, 20uF 200V and 200uF 10V.

First, the cap is taken out.

Then the flare is lifted.

The ground ring is taken out.

Then the cap is heated and the innyrds are extracted.

#2

The cap is disemboweled, the guts are cut off.

The new caps are added

Holes are drilled in the base and the leads are soldered.

Caps are wrapped with the tape.

The can is replaced, flared and the cardboard shell is put back.

Done.
