This is an easy one. I got a bunch of new cap that have these new fangled # on them like 223k. Where is there a converion chart so I can figure out what I've got? Had one but can't find it! GRRRR.

you can find by googleing for "capacitor value and conversion chart" on the one you listed it is 1st#, 2nd#, then how many zeros- 22000 pf. just remember those are listed in picofarad you can find the chart for converting to microfarad by looking for what I listed above.

Conversion is unnecessary as whatever you got is in pF, the lastdigit being the multiplier, or more exactly the power of ten, and the two fist digits is mantiss.
So it is 22 times ten to the power of three, that is 22000pF (or uuF which is the same) or 22nF or 0.022uF.

The letter at the end is the tolerance code.
J= +/-5%
K= +/-10%
M= +/-20%
There are many more; these are just the most common.

Having trouble determining the value of
that capacitor on your bench?
Here's a chart to help you out. The letter
after the marking often indicates the tolerance.
+/-5%(J), +/-10%(K), +/-20%(M)
Example: 101K would be 100pf, +/-10%
Picofarads to Microfarads ?
Maybe this will help you.
4.7 mmf or pf = .0000047 mf
47 mmf or pf = .000047 mf
470 mmf or pf = .00047 mf
4,700 mmf or pf = .0047 mf
47,000 mmf or pf = .047 mf
470,000 mmf or pf = .47 mf
