37-116 code 122 - new dial does not fit
#1

I ordered a dial from Daze and it does not fit the hub. It is very little, about maybe 0.015" - 0.02" but it still does not fit, so what do you think I am to do - ask Daze to9 replace it or try to ope it a little? How would I do it - these sorts of plastic seem brittle. File?

Hi Mike
Dremel with a sanding drum works for me.

Who are you and what did you do with 7estadef?

I just put one on. You have to file down the inside AND the outside is too big also. It contacts the small arms on the lens bracket. AND what is with the cut-out? The original did not have it. AND, why is it 150% thicker than the original? AND, why are most of the red graphics missing?

Yep. Add to that that their plastic does not lend itself to grinding easily - I held dremel with the stone to one point for several seconds with no significant result.
I was able eventually, using a very coarse stone, grind down enough.
I decided not to be picky about the other stuff, as long as this all works.

I spent this evening trying to assemble the dial and seems like I succeeded. It all works, except I do not know how to use the pre-set dial but except for scholastic interest I don't really need it.

I will write more in the main topic.

Use a sandpaper tube. It cuts through it very fast.
