Acoustic Clarifiers-Damping Element
#16

thanks eliot for directing me to the link for the patent. not the first time i wasn't paying attention.
but i don't see any wires to the clarifiers, either in the drawings for the patent nor in the photo posted by Ronin61. bluetooth? or are they not speakers in the first place? obviously not, i guess, if they have no voice coil. i'm curious to know how they worked.

PS i scrolled down and now see that the patent does say that clarifiers are "resonating arrangements using a passive diaphragm for loudspeaker transducers." and does go on to "explain" [at length] how they work.

mondial's link to the patent worked for me this morning. but no longer. try this one. the description of the Sound reproducing apparatus is interesting but obviously written in "old english."
