I am looking at these two radios. Seller wants twice as much for the 38-60B. Photo finish on the radio is good. Rest of cabinet has some scatches. Cabinet on 40-130T is beautiful. At this time I can only go for one of them. Any input would be appreciated.
Neither have been recapped.

I'd go for the 40-130T. Those model 60's everywhere! Unless you don't have a thing for rubber wiring.

I would also suggest going for the 40-130T--Iam currently (as time permits) working on a 40-130T and enjoying the experiance as my first overhaul/restoration project
