In the next days, I'll post pictures of the right ceramic elements to use (cartridge model numbers) and how to modify low voltage output elements to fit in high output cartridges. All of which can be had for a few dollars a piece from known vendors. Do NOT expect to read how to modify a cheapo piezo element or buzzer as it does not provide proper frequency response -in my books-, period.
