printer died on me and had to draw the schematic of my next project. It is a 4 tube trf Belmont not much to this set.
Well this will be simple.

You might want to double check the value of the 350K resistor on the ct of the hv winding. Methinks it should be 350ohms.
GL When my pals were reading comic books I was down in the basement in my dad's workshop. Perusing his Sam's Photofoacts Vol 1-50 admiring the old set and trying to figure out what all those squiggly meant. Circa 1966 Now I think I've got! Terry

I corrected that it is suppose to be just 350 ohms

Looks like a fun project Jake. I love the simplicity in these designs.
I don't hold with furniture that talks.

Jake,
I do not see a cap that decouples the GND itself. You know, the one with the + on the GND and the - on the centertap. If you use the GND as the common and it is not the centertap, you might want to decouple that too. A small cap, 10uF 50V will do. People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.

i will check that out thank you.

Here is the actual schematic i need to double check mine anyway and do some study on the power supply circuit.

They don't have it decoupled.
This is a good practice however, most Philcos with the GND biased relative to the centertap will have it. People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
