Not much fun to replace A lot lot disassembly to get to it a lot of nails and glue. The top, bottom, and front have to come apart to access the grille. Fortunately I had two cabinets both kinda rough. Here's some pics...

I was surprised to see that it had a metal sound defuser behind the grille.
