Model 70 Cabinet Trim
#1

I have recently come into possession of a Model 70.  The trim around the base needs to be replaced.  If this were years ago, I would have consulted with Steve Davis for parts and advice, but I don't see any evidence online that he is still in operation.

Can anyone direct me to a source of information and/or parts?  I am currently in need of wooden trim for around the base of the cabinet, but may need more parts in the future.

Thank you.

Hello musar,
First all welcome to the forum and yes that is true that steve stopped making trim .

Steve might have some trim left.
Not sure he is making anything.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.

How do I contact him? The only contact information for him I could find when searching online was a telephone number that is no longer in service -- and that he may be living in Linn Creek, MO.

Welcome to the Phorum, musar! You can send Steve Davis a private message (PM). The site is at the top of the Home page. Take care, - Gary

Thank you, Gary. Before making my original post, I had clicked on "Steve Davis Cabinets" only to find that it is a dead link. But at your prompting, I have been able to locate Steve Davis among the Members listed under the link by that name.

Although I have not made any cabinets or cabinet parts for a couple of years, I still have some parts left over, including base moulding for most Philco cathedral models.

Musar, I will send a PM shortly.

Steve
