Hi

I've never heard of anyone reproducing these. It could be done fairly simply, with one's home computer. Just a matter of finding the correct font and running with it.

I found the right font from some forum post and made tabs for my 40-180. I created them in Inkscape and printed up a bunch of them on a sheet of paper. Laminated that and then used a razor knife and straight edge to cut them out. Simple to do and looks perfect. If you don't have a laser printer and laminator, you can run off a sheet at Kinkos pretty cheaply. Make a whole bunch on the same sheet and you have extras in case you cut one wrong. Laminating is simpler than trying to use separate bits of plastic to hold them in.
