need info (schematic)
#1

Hello all of you.
I have a philco console radio i can't find a schematic for
The thing is is it uses odd tubes that the chassis and code are not found with (philco work bench guy)
there is no other info on the chassis:
chassis 53

code 121

bc,sw @31m, 25m,19m

bass on/off switch

tube lay out is
6j8, 78e , 6j5, 6f6, and rectifier 80

Its a canadian model
I need a schamatic or one that is close with those tubes perhaps

Did you try Dave at Just Radios?
#3

O ya , it was Dave from just radios that said the above NOT at philco radio bench , sorry my bad.
Dave said the tube sounded strange for that model, but the sticker on the cabinet says that those are the tubes it comes with.

That tube lineup is unusual. Tried RMorg with no returns. Any thing else at all that would help identify it? The 78E is an unusual ident. Did the tube idents come from a print in the set or the tubes themselves? How about some pictures?
#5

Ya i can get some pictures. All tubes are labeled in the console like that and no substitutions have been made. The chassis is also stamped with those types. The 78 is the auto volume control.
