38-3XX 6U7G tube shield?

I have a 38-3XX (code 121, whatever that means), and the tube shield for the 6U7G tube (left rear of the tuning capacitor) is missing. It has a base I've never seen before. I tried ordering one from Mark Oppat, but he sent me a square one that doesn't fit that base. Can someone please post a photo of the correct one that I can send him so I can get the right shield?

It would probably be better if you posted a photo of your set. The "How To" on photos is found here: http://philcoradio.com/phorum/showthread.php?tid=29 . Then people can ID what you need. The code 121 is a version number, see: http://www.philcorepairbench.com/tips/svctip35.htm
