LARGE Stewart Warner 9010A Tabletop
#1

Found this on CL. Not the prettiest girl at the party, but a huge multiband tabletop that measures 27"W X 14.5"H X 12"D I'm OK with it for $40.

That's really neat! Multiple SW bands, like a Philco Tropic! Icon_thumbup

Nice find! I'm a sucker for shortwave units. What is the gizmo on top of the power transformer? Joe

That's what I was thinking Ron!!

The knob on top of the transformer is a voltage selector switch. Goes from 110v- 240. I set it to 125v since house current is now closer to 125 than 110. I'm wondering if this was an export model?

Nice find. I love tabletop sets with the 'wrap around' grill. I have a beautiful GE J64 that is waiting for me to get to her.

Yes, a very neat set!!! Nice score!!Icon_thumbupIcon_thumbup

Voltage selector knob on top of the transformer should be a dead giveaway this unit was probably for domestic and export customers.

Nice find.
