What color for inlay?

Wondering how I should refinish the gold inlay.
Do I need a gold toner or is there another way to do this? Hate to have to order a can of Mohawk just for the small inlays.
 Any help appreciated. Thanks

Since it is a lighter color wood I would think you could tone the entire cabinet with the same color and it would always be lighter gold compared to the darker wood.

You are correct. The picture really doesn't show how badly faded it is. So when I hit the cabinet with medium brown I had masked off the inlay for fear of it getting too dark. I guess shouldn't have done that. I will have to mask off the area around the inlay and hit it with the medium brown and see how it looks.
