Where can I buy solid hook-up wire
#1

Are there any suggestions for finding reasonably priced solid conductor vinyl/rubber hookup wire for rewiring a chassis or for a kit? I have checked Mouser, AES (only can find the cloth covered wire or stranded rubber), NTE and Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/Hook-Up-Solid-Spo...olid&psc=1

On this, it doesn't specify voltage, so I assume it is 300v, which probably isn't adequate for rewiring the B+ circuits. I tried the wire from AES, and it is stranded, which is more difficult to get through terminals, and I already found it is easy to get a strand bridging a couple terminals. May try tinning, but from my past experience it makes it more difficult to bend and harder to get through small holes. But, may be my only option. Maybe the 300v is ok for all except for the higher voltages. Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks Bob! That put me on the right track. Been looking in all the wrong places. Icon_problem  They have just what I need, and it's at a reasonable price. Icon_e_biggrin
