Help identifying this mid-30's Silvertone
#1

A friend sent me these pictures of a radio he has that has been passed down from generation to generation. He was trying to find out what he has. I can tell from the dial it's a Silvertone, but the label on the chassis is badly deteriorated so no model number is visible. Can anyone shed some light on the model number / year? I'm guessing around 1934-35.

Thanks.

Looks to be a model 1938 from '36.

When my pals were reading comic books
I was down in the basement in my dad's
workshop. Perusing his Sam's Photofoacts
Vol 1-50 admiring the old set and trying to
figure out what all those squiggly meant.
Circa 1966
Now I think I've got!
