I think it is akin to 49-500.

And here's a chassis for it, though a bit expensive:

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.

46-200I

When my pals were reading comic books
I was down in the basement in my dad's
workshop. Perusing his Sam's Photofoacts
Vol 1-50 admiring the old set and trying to
figure out what all those squiggly meant.
Circa 1966
Now I think I've got it!

Mike and Terry are correct; and in addition, it could be any of the following:

42-PT92, 46-200-I, 48-200-I, 49-500-I.

If you dont want to sell it then I have a chassis for it, Icon_lol
The chassis is ratty though..

42-PT-92 if it has rubber-covered wiring; otherwise 46-200-I.
