Philco 16B Cabinet Question
#1

Was looking at my early version 16B today and noticed some separation between the flat columns (for lack of a better term) that are on the left and right hand sides of the cabinet.  Anyone know how these were originally attached to the sides?  Were they just glued on or are there small pins that help keep it aligned while the glue dries?

I've never had one apart so I don't know...I always assumed they were just glued on.
