37-630 rubber mounting washers ?
#1

When I received my 37-630 the chassis was not mounted in the case. It was wrapped well in bubble wrap and stuffed into the case. It had survived the shipping OK, and still had the front rubber bumpers on the shafts. They are still supple, and I will reuse them. The speaker was well packed, wrapped in cardboard and stayed in excellent shape, thank goodness! The rubber chassis mounting washers were missing, as well as the mounting bolts. I'm sure I can find bolts that will work at Home Despot. As for the rubber washers, I measured the recessed holes they go in, and they would be the 7/8" diameter, but I am not sure what thickness to order. Can someone tell me what is the correct thickness for these? My radio looks just like the one in the gallery,  http://philcoradio.com/gallery2/images/1...age_00.jpg  . If someone knows the thread pitch and diameter of the mounting screws that would be very helpful too.
Thanks,
Mike

These should be the chassis supports you need:

Bear in mind they are $2.00 each…. you'll need to order 4.

Thanks Greg ! Ordered them; $2 is cheap enough when you consider how limited the demand is. Just nice to get them.

Ed also has chassis bolts available, but having sold my 37-630 I can't recall which length it uses. Here's a link to the page with them:

I just bought 4 of each length, at $0.50 each that only comes to $4, also bought the rubber mounts for the RF section on the chassis. So I should be all set as far as the hardware stuff goes. Thanks, Greg.
