Chassis Restoration Service Recommend?
#1

Hi Fellas,
I had a guy here in Palm Springs that used to rebuild vintage radios. I used him a couple of times and he was great. Unfortunately, age caught up with him and his poor health caused him to give up his trade.
Can anyone recommend a new place for me? I have two Philco chassis' that need attention and this work is beyond my scope of abilities. The greater Los Angeles area or even San Diego would be fine if there is no one close whom you'd recommend.
Kind regards, Greg

Hi Greg,

Perhaps one of these gentleman may be able to help. They are all recommended by these California antique radio clubs. Not sure how local to you they are, though, but it's a long list. Give some of them a call or drop them an e-mail.

Here is another list of names:

Good luck!
