how much is the philco 52-547 working and in good condition Icon_confused: Icon_confused: Icon_confused:

Apparently, not much since no one offered an opinion...sorry...I personally don't get into "what is it worth" questions because, at the end of the day, a radio is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

A great explanation may be found here.

Hi,
My son picked one of these for me recently, and paid $20 for it. It needs to be "recapped" to perform safely and reliably.
Value as stated, can be what you are willing to pay, or sell it for.

Just to let you know, even "working" sets can fail at any time causing damage. Please see:
http://www.philcoradio.com/tech/plugin.htm

I would suggest that you have it checked out and enjoy the set.
Good luck,
Gary.
