Philco 37-116 label/graphics question
#1

Hi all,

Been following this forum for awhile, but this is my first post. I'm putting graphics on a 37-116. Radio Daze includes a graphic for the band selector lever. In every picture I look at, for both restored and seemingly original 37-116s, graphics are over the knobs but there is not one for the band selector lever. Even in the original advertising, I can't seem to make one out.

I asked on another forum and it seems that the 37-116 did not include a graphic/label over the band selector lever, but I thought I would get opinions here as well.

Thanks for any insight.

Hello Steve, and welcome to the Phorum! I haven't seen more than a couple 37-116's. I'm sure one of our members will have an answer for you. Take care and BE HEALTHY! Gary

Phico did not use a decal for the band switch function on the 37-116.

There's not much need to label the band switch. Mine isn't (original finish). The selected band is illuminated on the dial.

Can't think of anything witty.
