36-650 Shadow Meter Lamp
#1

I am working on a 36-650 and need to replace the lamp that is part of the Shadow meter (part no. 45-2086).
What type of lamp should be used for this?

Thanks, Bill

I have two 650 chassis on my bench. Part number for the shadow meters is the same as yours. One SM lamp is fairly new with AML 40 stamped in the base. The other is old, crusty and burned-out. Can't read the print on the base. Both look like the photo below.

The lamp is connected to the 6.3 volt PT secondary.

Based on that I found the following:
https://www.hawkusa.com/manufacturers/ad...nt-lamp/40.

Looks like it is a T-3 1/4 MINIATURE SCREW, 6.3 Volt, 0.15 Amp bulb.

Thanks so much, Bill
