Model 37-630 output transformer

Can anyone recomend a replacement output transformer for a model 37-630 console? I have been looking at the ones in the AES catalogue but I have no idea which one would work. The Philco part # is 2580-P

Well my old RCA tube manual sez the plate impedance is 7000 ohms. So that you are looking for is an output transformer that will match 7000 ohms to 4 ohms (voice coil) Needs to be able to handle about 4 watts or 40ma primary current.
