Working on a Philco G1528 auto radio. The antenna cable is still attached. There is a screw still in the antenna end but it is too short to reach thru the mounting "block". It looks like it may have been broken off at some time. Did the screw originally screw into the base of the antenna assembly? This appears to be the way things would have been.

Any info will be greately appreciated.
