Picked up this Philco 42-1008 for 15.00 it doesnt have the beam of light turntable but the guy was nice enough to throw in a nice old webcor turntable I should be able to use.He also sold me a varitain model v-1 for 5.00 just needs a new power cord There are some real nice folks out there still! That's a great sounding radio with the push-pull type 41 pentodes and is the model my dad had that started my interest in antique and short wave radios.
