RCA V-215 candohm

Im working on one of these sets and am having an awful time figuring out the candohm configuration. Ive posted to the ARF as well, but no luck so far.

I saw that a member here had restored one and Ive sent a PM to him asking about it but havent heard back yet.
The schematic shows the candohm with 3 sections and 4 tie points (terminals?). Looks like the sections are connected in series on the schematic.
My set has 6 terminals with what appear to be the same 3 sections not connected to each other.
   
Resistance from left to right is 151 ohms between terminals 1 & 2 , 20 ohms between 3 & 4 , and 3 Kohms between 5 & 6. The first and second sections seem reasonable, but the third should be 10 ohms.
Also, the schematic shows the end of the 10 ohm part connecing to chassis ground. Mine has no continuity to the chassis.

Im at a loss and would love to hear from someone who has worked on one of these sets and is familiar with the candohm.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
