Identification? Philco?
#1
Question

Howdy Phorum - my wife picked up this asymmetric Philco radio with push buttons for me and I wanted to get it back in working condition. But what model is it? Dimensions are roughly 9.5" wide x 4.5" deep x 7" tall.

Inside on the right side there is a sticker that says "Part No 10602-A" pieces of the 02-A are missing so that is my best guess. And below that it says "Final Insp. " but the name or number is missing.

Attached are a few pics, thanks for your help!

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that this is a radio. I looks to be a single station of a multiple station intercom system.

You're basically correct, Shaler78. It's actually the master unit of a Philco intercom which they called Philcophone.

Thanks for the quick replies, was hoping for a radio but still a neat piece.
