Need Filter Choke for a Philco 70 chassis

HI,
Anyone have a junker chassis with a filter choke?? My Philco
70 chassis has one that is open. Any help appreciated.

Hi Jeff,

According to Chuck Schwark's Philco Repair Bench site the filter choke for the 70 and the 90 are the same. Part # 4951 http://www.philcorepairbench.com/choke.htm Radio Daze sells Hammond chokes. http://www.radiodaze.com/ I used the 158Q for my 90 and it works just fine. You may have to adjust for the mounting bracket a little. Icon_biggrin
