replacing artificial leather on a 46-350 radio
#1

has any one replaced the artificial leather and do you have any instructions on do it I need all the help i can get, thank you
#2

I have patched the covering for this model but never had to replace it. I did a restoration on a Zenith TO (R600 I think) and discovered techniques for replacing the skin on Zenith web sites. I would imagine it's much the same. If you can get the old sections off in one piece, maybe with a little heat and a blade, you will have a pattern for each piece. Take lots of pictures.

The previous owner cut holes in one side so I removed the ends and all other leather. The ends came off in one piece but they seemed to have been formed around the corners no cut marks.

Donald, do you have a picture of your radio?
