Hi Guys    Just trying to stay ahead of my restoration of my 38-116.  Where, if any, is a good place to buy some Philco Chevron Grill Cloth.  Mine is in need of replacing because of the wear and tears of life.

It looks like Kenny Richmond no longer sells that pattern (it was for 1935-1937 Philcos, btw).

And Radio Daze no longer carries the 1938 Philco pattern. (It was not truly authentic anyway, but was somewhat close.)

So, madsowry, it doesn't look good for you as far as finding appropriate 1938 chevron cloth.
