41-608 Record Changer Issues
#1

My BOL changer (Webster 23) has a rubber/metal riveted disc that transfers power from the motor shaft to the phono shaft that turns the gears. The rubber is shot and I cannot figure out how to get these two parts to meet. Has anyone run into this before and if so any suggestions? It is a very strange rubber/metal/rubber disc. All suggestions appreciated.

David,

Those are the idler wheels and there should be 2 of them on that changer. You might be able to resurface them or you can send them off to be rebuilt. West Tech services does this.
