After the recap on a 46-1209 humm
#1

I had recently did a recap on a 46-1209. I still have a slight humm but if I wiggle first 6v6 after the 5y3 the humm stops and when I let my finger off the humm comes back. I have replaced both 6v6gt's. and my radio still don't work but the phono plays strong.

1. What do you exactly mean by "wiggle"?
2. You let your finger off of what exactly? Glass?
3. What does "don't work" mean? Humming but playing / not playing and humming....what? From your topic subject first I thought it is humming while playing.

Could you be a bit more specific and less ambiguous?

The phono works no radio if I push on that tube either base of glass the humm goes away until I take my hand off the tube.

Sounds like you've got a bad connection. Would clean the tube sockets and double check any connections made to ground though a rivet. Break out the solder flux and resolder the grounds.
