Other Radios (Non-Philco) all aglow gather here

I finally got some night shots that weren't all messed up with reflections.

And here I always thought the multicolor dials were the classiest.

That dial demonstrates otherwise! And a 10-sided escutcheon to go with it.

That Majestic is beautiful! What model is it?
#21

That Majestic is a Type 50. Originally it was a battery set, but when I got it , it had been changed over to 110 volts. Whoever did it  did a good job.
I just sold it last weekend.
Yes those Majestics  do have a nice dial.

It doesn't really have an escutcheon, just a nicely finished 10 sided hole. On some of the AC sets that Rogers made the bands light up in sequence. Rogers, Deforest-Crosley, and Canadian Majestic were all made by Rogers-Majestic LTD in Toronto from 1932 till the war.

Think I should add my 1939 RCA T60 here for posterity. It is most impressive in a darkened room!
