Tektronix 2212
#1

I have been looking for a deal on an Oscope for a while now. Decided to take a chance on a 2212 on Ebay that was advertised as "power tested only" but the photos showed it with 3 different waveforms on the crt. When I got it it worked but some of the functions were inop like the cursors, which I wanted. after about 2 hours of fiddling I found the jumper used to switch between normal operation and "CAL" was in the CAL position. Switched it and now everything works good. After a few adjustments it seems to be working great compared to a PMEL lab calibrated scope at work. Total with shipping was $97.00

Very good. Teks are a good scope, and this one is quite enough for the radio-related purposes. Plus it is digital so can do some stuff fully analog scope cannot do, and you cannot beat the price for a working scope.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
