New Toy!!

Lucky Me-Lucky Me!! I just bought me an old treasure--a 45C. I've always wanted one, because I personally think that it is the best-looking table radio of all time!!
Now I can be a Philcophile! Iv'e got ALL THREE buzzword Philco radios. I got the "boomerang", the "hippo", and the "butterfly". Icon_rolleyes
Catalin?? We don' need no steenking CATALIN!!!
Just thought i would brag a bit.. got it for my 57th birthday the 17th. Now, if I could just figure out where this round thing...BZZZZZZT!

You go, Tube, those are nice looking radios I picked up the console version which is a nice looking console. Icon_eek lol I will trade you my console for your table model.

For what it's worth, I have a "Butterfly" and a "Log Cabin." I've owned a couple "Hippos" but never seem to keep them very long. Never have owned a "Boomerang."
