information on rewinding philco 90/70 coils

ok I know the info is out there I just cant find it any one can guide me to the information so I can rewind a few coils turns gauge of wire and direction I know it was on philco repair bench at one time but I don see it there anymore

thank you so much I thought I was losing my mind any idea what direction the start side should be on the 90 coil and what direction for the start side on the 70 the reason I am asking is that there is nothing left on my coil to tell what direction it is wound
