output transformer for 42 PT-7
#1

I'looking for any information, specs or replacement or advice on repair of a detached lead on I believe the primary winding.  There are two cloth covered leads green and black and two hard covered leads blue and red.  The red lead is pulled out of the paper wrap.
thanks

If you can strip away the paper near the broken connection and solder it back together that would be the easy way to go. The red wire is connected to the hv (100vdc or so ) and the blue connects the the plate pin of the output tube. These two leads would be considered the primary and the other two are the secondary.
If you can't reattach the wire the replacement part would match a 2000 ohm load to a 4 ohm spkr.
