Philco PT-93
#1

I have a question about the candohm resitor #27A/B 40 ohm and 80 ohm. I need to replace it because one side is open and the other is out of tolerance. Can I just put a terminal strip in place of it with a couple of 5 watt ceramic resistors? Philco PT-93

Yes 5W resistors will work fine. Make sure they do not touch wires - they still will be pretty hot.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
