A.E S used to sell reproduction Radiola 17 and 18 lamp hoods, at least they did in my 1994 catalog, I don't know who was reproducing them for them, or how many they made, or what happened to their stock, but after A.E.S went into the business of selling guitar and guitar amp resto parts the hood lamps, like many other items they offered, slowly disappeared. I have no doubt that the originals were stamped out with a set of dies and a press, maybe the repro ones were as well, if so what happened to the dies?
