Hey guys, I'm going to recap my Eico 460 oscilloscope, and I cannot find a suitable replacement for these three .1mfd 2000 volt capacitors. Any idea of where I can get them or another way to accomplish the same thing?

Just Radios has some 0.1uF 2000v caps for $4.49 ea. See: https://www.justradios.com/cart.html and do a "Find 2000v" in your browser. its buried in the listing. You will get 2 hits on "2000v" a 1uF and a 0.1uF.
I would guess Mouser would have some as well but I did not look.

Thanks Bob, I went to Just Radios and looked, prior to my post, but I must have missed it. My wife says I do that a lot, especially when I tell her something is not in the refrigerator when she ask me to get her something! I greatly appreciate it!

Unless they are leaking why replace? Confirmation of leaking is the in-ability to center the trace vertical/horizontal. Replacement may not have the rise time, could effect the top operating frequency.

Since I’m working on this scope I was thinking about adding a grounded power cord with grounding to the chassis. Any thoughts on this? Good idea, bad idea? What say you?

If it doen't have it now, don't...
I cut the ground of my vintage Dumont and of my BK desktop DVM. Too many accidental shorts to hot projects...
