Philco Tropic missing "foot"
#1

Hi,

I have a Philco Tropic model 95 but have sadly lost the "foot" of the cabinet when moving. Any idea what this is called and where I could purchase a replacement? Ideally online as I am based in the UK.

Thanks in advance,

Elena

Hi and Welcome,
Glad you stopped by. It may be easier to replace all 4 than try to match just one. It's a good chance that your foot was made in the UK. I looked around on google and found these  https://www.google.com/search?client=fir...cSFN5eQWaA  You might try here: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/foru...y.php?f=21 it's a bit closer to home.
OBTW if it's not too much of a bother I'm sure the Phorum love to have a few pics of your 95 for it's UK archive. Here in the states the model 95 is an early console model from 1929.

Best of luck

Now I think I've got!
