Canadian Model chassis 66? Ideas?
#1

Am helping a family on Cave Creek Az prepare father's collection of Philco radios for sale. Any Ideas on the specifics of this Philco Canada postwar model? Thanks!

It's basically like a pre war 42-327, but it's post war, with a different dial, post war knobs, and minimal rubber/gutta percha wire (if any).I don't think they are terribly valuable, but they are good performers, with two IF amplifier stages, I think, six tube AC/DC set. The dial looks like the paint is lifting off the back, so beware, hopefully it's just dirt on the front. Whoever brought it to Arizona likely brought it from Southern Ontario judging by the call letters, CHUM is in Toronto.
Regards
Arran
