Would someone know the type of bulb used? Bayonet or screw, voltage, current and or lamp type? I'd like to get a spare for this radio. Thanks.

From the Philco Service Bulletin for the Model 60, the pilot lamp is p/n 6608, which is a screw base, 6-8 volt lamp. Equivalent to a #46 lamp.
