Great, Ron! That speaker set-up is only for convenience, not fidelity.

 In your scan I heard you pass WLW, CFZM and WTAM. Great sensitivity with your longwire . Icon_thumbup

Thanks Ed. Yes the 70 has good sensitivity across the entire AM band (or at least all that it will receive, which is 550 to 1520 or so kc).

But I noticed something last night that I had not noticed before, or at least don't remember - above 1000-1100 kc, stations are jammed so close together that it is difficult to tune in just one. Not impossible, just difficult.
