List of Philco Farm Radios?
#1

Good Morning,
Anybody know how many A B farm radios made? Is there a list of them somewhere?  Decided to concentrate on farm radios so wondering how many I have in my collection and how many I still need to get Icon_biggrin

thanks

I have not seen such a list, perhaps others have. It would be a bit tedious but you coul go through the gallery listings and create the list. https://philcoradio.com/gallery2/

I could make you a list, using the charts and lists from the Philco Radio 1928-42 book...

But there were other "farm sets" built/sold, depending on the power system your farm had. You could have had 32 volt "Windcharger" power, or even a 110 volt DC generator (rare). Also there were radios that used a 6 volt car battery, and had a vibrator power supply in them, to produce the high voltages needed.

If you ever find such a list I'd love a copy......

Check this link to my 32 clamshell cathedral. There are pictures there. I hope this helps a bit!
